We take on social stigma, silence, and shame—and we replace it with strength, healing, and hope.

👶 Children born with cleft lip and palate face more than medical challenges.

They face ridicule, rejection, and isolation—often starting in the earliest years of life.

💔 Whispers in classrooms. Cruel stares. Denied opportunities.

🚫 These children are too often hidden away, their smiles lost behind fear and shame.

💡 That’s where Mission IRONHEAL steps in.

🏥 As a cleft surgeon, I believe one surgery can change a life.

🏁 As an Ironman triathlete, I know that pain, when channeled, can create power.

🔗 IRONHEAL is more than a journey—it’s a statement.

We will swim, bike, and run across 140.6 miles to raise awareness, normalize cleft care, and show the world that:

✅ Every child deserves a chance to smile.

✅ No one should suffer in silence because of how they were born.
